    Dangerous white sugar is something that many people eat every day without realizing how bad it is for them. It is in almost everything like bread and soda and even some sauces we put on our meat. When you eat dangerous white sugar your body gets a very fast rush of energy that makes you feel awake for a little bit. But this feeling goes away very fast and then you feel much more tired than you were before. This is because dangerous white sugar makes your blood levels go up and down like a crazy ride.

    If you want to have good energy all day you have to stop eating so much of it. Most people do not know that white sugar is hidden in foods that do not even taste sweet. You have to read the labels on the back of the boxes to see if it is there because companies use different names for it. When you keep putting white sugar in your body you start to feel heavy and your brain feels very cloudy. It makes it hard to do your work or focus on what people are saying to you.

    The best thing you can do is start eating real food like vegetables and eggs and nuts instead. These things do not have white sugar so they give you energy that lasts for many hours. You will notice that you do not get as many headaches and you do not feel angry for no reason. It takes a little time for your body to get used to not having the sweetness but it is worth it.
